The same thing
the site says.
Nothing on this page is new. It restates the promises already published on the coverage and price pages, in one place, so there is a single document to point at. Where this page and another page differ, tell us and we will fix the one that is wrong.
WebAssure5 is a product of Wellborn Internet Solutions. Where this page says we, us or our, it means Wellborn Internet Solutions trading as WebAssure5. Where it says you, it means the business named on the brief.
Two boundaries, both published before anybody pays.
- A business trading from an address in AfricaA business trading from an address outside Africa cannot enter the five year arrangement. It can commission a build on an ordinary contract instead.
- A site of five to seven pagesSeven is a ceiling. One of the seven is always a compliance page. Anything larger is quoted as its own job before any work starts.
One payment, and one clearly marked point after which it cannot be returned.
- One payment covers the whole termThe published price plus any extras you selected yourself. Nothing further falls due inside the sixty months.
- The price is the price on the day you payWe may change the published price at any time. A change never affects an arrangement already paid for.
- Refundable until the domain is boughtWe buy and register your domain inside twelve to twenty four hours of payment. Until that moment the payment is refundable in full. After it, it is not, because a five year registration cannot be unwound. You are told the moment it happens.
Dates we hold ourselves to, and the one thing that moves them.
- Specification confirmed in writing, inside one working dayBy email or message. There is no telephone call in the process.
- First draft in two to three days, live in twenty one working daysBoth counted from payment, and both assume your photographs, logo and copy arrive in the first week. If they do not, the dates move and we tell you in writing when they do.
- Two rounds of changes before launchIncluded. Collected as one list per round.
- One free change a month for the whole termUp to forty five minutes of our work, from the day the site goes live. It does not roll over. Repairs are not changes and never count against it.
- First reply inside one working day, an outage answered inside four hoursIf we are more than eight hours down in a month through our own fault, a month is added to your term at no charge, without you having to ask.
Yours from day one, not at the end.
Your domain is registered in your name and your contact details on the day it is bought, and the transfer code is yours whenever you ask for it. A working copy of the site is delivered to your Drive or inbox in month one, unprompted.
You own your content, your images and your copy throughout. You own the finished site. Nothing here depends on us still being in the room, and leaving costs you nothing but the walk.
The two points in the term where something changes.
- The year three redraw is part-paidAround the halfway point you can have the design redrawn, keeping your content, your pages and your address. We carry the larger part of that cost and you carry the rest. Your share is quoted and agreed before anyone starts, and it is not included in the price you paid at the beginning.
- Ninety days' notice before the term endsOne message carrying the renewal figure and your export together. Say nothing and the site stays up for thirty days past the end date, then parks with a holding page while you decide. The domain remains yours either way.
Stated here as plainly as on the coverage page, so nobody discovers it late.
- Legal advice. The compliance page carries standard wording, not counsel
- Photography. You send up to ten pictures, or we choose stock for your line of work
- Claiming your map listing for you. You get a written guide and keep control of your own account
- An online store, a booking engine or client logins
- Pages past the seventh, or anything needing a platform this arrangement does not build
- The year three redraw share, which is quoted separately
We are responsible for building and maintaining your site as described here. We are not responsible for loss of profit, loss of business or indirect loss arising from an outage, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send us, for holding the rights to your own images and copy, and for what your business publishes on its own site.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Written in plain terms to match what the rest of the site promises. It is not legal advice, and it should be read by a lawyer before it is relied on in a dispute.
