We collect
almost nothing.
This page is short because there is little to describe. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and carries no third party tracking. What you type into the brief stays in your own browser until you decide to send it.

WebAssure5 is a product of Wellborn Internet Solutions. Where this notice says we, us or our, it means Wellborn Internet Solutions trading as WebAssure5. We are the data controller for anything described below, and you can reach us at the address on the contact page.
One thing, in your browser, because you asked for it.
- Your answers to the briefSaved in your own browser using local storage, so you can close the tab and come back to it. It sits on your device and is not sent anywhere until you choose to send it. Clearing it from the brief, or clearing your browser data, removes it completely.
- Whether you have dismissed the notice at the foot of the pageA single value in the same local storage, so the notice does not reappear on every page. Nothing else is recorded with it.
- CookiesNone. Not ours, not anybody else's.
- AnalyticsNone on this site. We set Search Console and Analytics up on client sites, with the client's own account as the owner, but this site carries neither.
- Advertising and tracking pixelsNone, and none will be added without this page changing first.
Local storage is not a cookie. It is not sent to a server with each request, and we cannot read it. It is your copy of your own answers, held by your own browser.
Only what you decide to send, by the route you chose to send it.
When you finish the brief, or use the contact form, or message us, you send us the details you have filled in: your name, your business, how to reach you, and what you want built. We use it to quote, to build, and to keep the site running for the term. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anybody who is not doing part of that work.
- How long we keep itFor the length of the arrangement and for as long afterwards as tax and company records require. Ask us to delete what is not legally required and we will.
- Who else sees itThe domain registrar needs your name and contact details, because the domain is registered in your name and not ours. Beyond that, nobody outside the work.
- Where your files goTo your own Google Drive or inbox, at your address, in month one.
Ask, and we answer in writing.
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask for a copy of it, and ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep. Ask by email or message and you get an answer in writing inside one working day, the same as everything else here.
If you are unhappy with the answer, you can take it to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
If the site starts collecting something, this page says so before it does.
We will not add analytics, advertising or tracking to this site without changing this page first. If you are an existing client when something material changes, you get a message about it rather than a quietly edited page.
