How it works

Brief. Pay.
Live in three weeks.

No discovery call before you can see a price. The brief does the discovery, you read the number while you answer, and the build starts the day the money lands.

01 Getting to launch

Twenty one working days from payment, assuming your photographs and copy arrive in the first two days.

  1. You fill the brief

Nine screens, about eight minutes. Name, contacts, where the business is headed, colours, imagery, pages. The running total updates as you answer.

  2. You pay

One payment of ₦249,999, plus any extras you picked yourself. Your domain is bought and registered in your name inside twelve to twenty four hours, which is also the point the payment stops being refundable. Nothing further falls due for sixty months.

  3. We confirm the specification in writing

Email or message, inside one working day, whichever you answer faster. Everything the brief left loose is settled there, in text you can scroll back to. No diary tennis, no week lost waiting on a call slot.

  4. First draft in two to three days

A real page in a browser, on a temporary address, wearing your colours and your words. Not a picture of a page, and not a fortnight of silence first.

  5. Two rounds of changes

You mark up what is wrong, we redraw. Twice, at no charge. Most builds only use one.

  6. Live on your own domain

Domain pointed, SSL on, forms tested, backups running, monitoring armed. Your five years begin here.

02 The five years

What each year of the term actually holds.

Year oneThe site goes up and the first months shake out whatever the brief could not predict. One free change a month from the day you launch, counted from then rather than from the day you paid.
Build and launch
Year twoMonthly security patches, nightly backups, uptime checks every five minutes. You keep sending changes. Nothing renews, because it was all paid in year one.
Patch and edit
Year threeA site that looks current today will not in three years. Halfway through the term you can have the design redrawn, keeping your content, your pages and your address. We carry the larger part of that cost and you carry the rest, quoted before anyone touches anything.
Part-paid redraw
Year fourThe same rhythm as year two, on the redrawn site. Usually the quietest year, which is the point of the arrangement.
Patch and edit
03 Year five

Renew, or leave holding everything.

Ninety days before the term ends we send one message with the renewal figure and the export. Say nothing and the site stays up for thirty days past the end date, then parks with a holding page while you decide.

The domain is registered in your name from day one, so walking away costs you nothing but the walk.

04 What we need from you

Builds slip for one reason: the client goes quiet. None of this needs a photographer.

Four things, in the first week, and the dates hold.

None of them need to be finished or polished. Rough photographs and a scribbled list of services are enough to start drawing from.

  • Up to ten photographs, taken and sent by you
  • Your logo file, in whatever state it exists
  • What you actually sell, in your own words
  • One person who answers and can approve a draft

Eight minutes, and you will know the number.

Nothing is sent anywhere until you pay, so you can fill the brief just to see what your own site would cost.
